3. Services Offered

This website provides the following services:

  • Digital Art Commissions – Custom digital artwork created based on client requests.

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Products – Apparel and other merchandise fulfilled by third-party providers (Printify and Printful).

Each service is subject to specific terms outlined below.

4. Digital Art Commissions

  • Payment & Pricing: Prices are listed on the commission page. Payment is required upfront, either in full or via an agreed deposit. Commissions will not begin until payment is received.

  • Revisions: Minor revisions are allowed within reason. Excessive revisions or major changes after approval may incur additional fees.

  • Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds are only available if the commission has not been started. Once work begins, refunds are at the artist’s discretion based on progress made.

  • Usage Rights: Unless agreed otherwise, commissions are for personal use only. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or sell commissioned artwork without explicit written permission. The artist retains the right to use commissioned work for portfolios, promotional purposes, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prohibited Requests: Commissions must comply with content guidelines and cannot include copyrighted characters, real people (including public figures and celebrities), or any illegal or offensive content.

5. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

  • Fulfillment & Shipping: All POD products are printed and shipped by third-party providers (Printify & Printful). Estimated shipping times vary and are outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy.

  • Returns & Refunds: Due to the custom nature of POD products, all sales are final unless the product is defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with Printify and Printful policies.

  • Third-Party Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by Printify or Printful. Customers must review the respective policies before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including digital artwork, designs, and merchandise, is the intellectual property of IrisRosebud,ca unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Payments & Billing

All transactions must be completed using the payment methods available on this website. Customers must provide accurate billing information. Fraudulent transactions will be reported and may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may contain links to third-party services, including Printify, Printful, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of these third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

This website and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party services, technical failures, or user errors.

Printify

Shipping

All orders placed through Printify are fulfilled by third-party print providers. The estimated delivery time varies based on the specific provider, product type, and shipping destination. Generally, domestic orders within Canada and the United States take between five (5) to fifteen (15) business days to arrive, while international orders may take between ten (10) to thirty (30) business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tracking information is provided when available. Printify does not guarantee shipping to P.O. boxes in all regions. Orders may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs processing or courier issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of Printify products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective, the incorrect item has been received, or the item has been damaged during shipping. Customers must submit a claim within seven (7) days of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence of the defect or damage. If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at the discretion of the print provider. Orders placed with incorrect sizing or other customer errors are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Printify is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments resulting from courier issues beyond their control.

Printful Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Orders fulfilled by Printful are processed and shipped from various fulfillment centers worldwide. The shipping timeframe depends on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center assigned to the order. Domestic shipments within Canada and the United States generally take between five (5) to twelve (12) business days, while international shipments may take between ten (10) to twenty-five (25) business days. Printful provides tracking information for most shipments. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and may vary based on location and order size. Certain items may be shipped separately if they originate from different production facilities.

Returns & Refunds

As Printful products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is found to be defective, misprinted, or incorrect. If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must report the issue within fourteen (14) days of receipt and provide clear photographic evidence. If the claim is validated, Printful will offer a replacement or refund at its discretion. Refunds will not be issued for customer mistakes, including incorrect sizing selection or a change of preference after purchase. Printful is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any disputes regarding shipping or product quality must be addressed directly with Printful’s customer support team.
