Terms of Service for Digital Art Commissions

1. General Terms

1.1 By commissioning IrisRosebudCA, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1.2 I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.

1.3 These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will apply to new commissions only.

1.4 The client must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to commission me.

2. Payment

2.1 All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

2.2 Payment must be made in full before I begin working on your commission.

2.3 I accept payment through Ko-Fi, , PayPal, Interac E-Transfer.

2.4 Prices may vary depending on complexity, deadlines, or additional requests.

2.5 Commissions are non-refundable once I have started working. If I cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued.

3. Process & Revisions

3.1 I will provide an initial sketch for approval before proceeding with rendering.

3.2 You may request up to 1 minor revisions during the sketch phase.

3.3 Major revisions after the sketch phase may incur additional charges.

3.4 I will provide updates upon request, but excessive requests may result in delays.

3.5 Commissions are completed within 2-3 Weeks unless delays arise due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Usage Rights & Copyright

4.1 I retain full copyright to the artwork and may use it for portfolio purposes, social media, or promotional materials.

4.2 Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial agreement is made.

4.3 You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove watermarks, or alter it without my permission.

4.4 You may share the artwork online with proper credit.

4.5 Commercial use, such as for merchandise, advertising, or profit, requires an additional licensing fee.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.

5.2 If you cancel before I start, a full refund will be issued.

5.3 If you cancel after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on progress.

5.4 No refunds are given once the artwork is completed and delivered.

6. Prohibited Content

6.1 I will not create artwork involving:

• Public figures, celebrities, real people, or intellectual property

• Explicit NSFW content (artistic nudity may be considered)

• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory themes

• Excessive gore or offensive material

• Ai-generated, NFT, or blockchain-related artwork '

6.2 I reserve the right to refuse any request.

7. Contact & Communication

7.1 All communication must be conducted through Email: IrisRosebud@Outlook.com. Any DMs on associated Socials will be not be regarded.

7.2 I will respond to inquiries within 2-3 Business Days.

8. Supporter Benefits (Ko-Fi & Patreon)

8.1 Monthly supporters on Ko-Fi and Patreon receive exclusive benefits, including:

• Priority queue placement for commissions

• Discounted commission rates (percentage varies by tier)

• Access to exclusive behind-the-scenes content and works-in-progress

• Occasional free sketches or small rewards for long-term supporters

7.2 Benefits are subject to change and may vary depending on the support tier.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vancouver, BC, Canada.

9.2 Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Vancouver, BC.
